How we count and how we price

An engaged customer is one identified person who interacts with your front office in a billing month. Several visits, bookings, or conversations from the same person count once. Stored contacts, spam, and abandoned interactions do not count.

If the same person reaches you on the phone and on your website without matching details, they count separately until the records are matched.

Included minutes and segments are an allowance, not unlimited use. Long text messages can use more than one segment.
